Delivery and returns
What are the delivery charges for the box?
Depending on the shipping method chosen, shipping costs are €5.90 for delivery to a collection point and €9.90 for home delivery via Colissimo.
They are offered for purchases of €200 or more (mainland France).
What are the return shipping costs?
Free! Thanks to the shipping label that will be included in your order. Lost it? Don't worry, just contact us :-)
How do rentals and returns work?
Depending on your plan, you can have 3 or 5 items at the same time and exchange them each month.
For an exchange, place the items to be returned in the reusable bag provided with your order and use the prepaid label. You can then drop them off at a collection point.
Next, go to Member Area > Request a Return and follow the instructions.
Your account will be automatically credited with a rental credit, which can be used immediately.

Can I buy a piece that I liked?
You can buy the items you fell in love with after trying them on at home. The best part ? As a member, you get up to 25% off the retail price of the items you want to purchase.
Please contact us and we'll get back to you within 2 business days to confirm if we can sell you the item and finalize your order.
Are there any discounts available with the maternity pass?
Yes! In addition to receiving a 25% discount on the items you decide to keep, you also benefit from a 15% discount on the entire site!

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes, your subscription is commitment-free (depending on the plan chosen). You can pause, change your plan or cancel at any time.
To do this, make sure you:
- Return all items at least 5 working days before your next billing date (check your account for details).
- Send us proof of postage and the reason for your cancellation by email to contact@36pieces.com
Cancellations can only be processed once all items have been received. If items are not returned or proof of postage is not provided within the specified timeframe, we reserve the right to charge the subscription fee .
One of the rented clothes arrived damaged, what should I do?
We have a very strict quality control process, so we hope that this will never happen.
If, in rare cases, you notice a problem with the status of your order, please send an email to contact@36pieces.com
What happens if I damage an item ?
Don't panic, accidental damage coverage is included in your subscription.
The insurance covers repairable damage that occurs during your rental. It does not cover loss, theft, or irreparable damage .
We recommend that you avoid:
Body tape , which can leave permanent marks
Safety pins , which can create irreparable holes
In the event of damage of this type, you will be charged the sale price of the item .

How are the clothes washed?
As a member, cleaning is included.
All items are professionally cleaned at a dry cleaner.
If you wish to wear an item multiple times and refresh it, please follow the washing instructions carefully .
