What are the delivery times?

For the launch of the collection/capsule, our pre-orders are shipped within 15 working days.
For products in stock, shipping takes place within 2 business days.

Delivery usually takes 2 to 4 working days in mainland France.

Can I track my order?

Yes, a tracking number will be sent to you by email as soon as your package is shipped.

What are the delivery charges?

Depending on the shipping method chosen, shipping costs are €5.90 for delivery to a collection point and €9.90 for home delivery via Colissimo.
They are offered for purchases of €200 or more (mainland France).

Do you deliver in Europe and internationally?

Yes, we also ship to Europe and internationally. Delivery times and costs vary depending on the destination. For more information, click here.

What payment methods are accepted?

Accepted payment methods are CB, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Paypal.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes, it is possible to request gift wrapping when placing your order (option available in the shopping cart).
