Returns & Refunds

We hope you love your pieces as much as we loved creating them.
But if that's not the case, you have the option of 14 days after receipt of your order to return your items to us.

For the return to be accepted, the parts must be New, unworn, unwashed , with their original tags and accessories (including dust bag or packaging).

If an item is returned damaged, worn, or incomplete, we may either:

adjust the refund amount,
either offer to send you the part back at your expense, so that you don't lose anything.

We will always keep you informed before any decision is made, so that you can choose the solution that suits you best.

Colors

We take great care with our photos to accurately reflect the true colors of our garments. However, each screen (computer, tablet, phone) has its own settings, and slight variations in color may occur. Therefore, we cannot guarantee a perfectly exact match between the displayed color and the actual garment color.
