Delivery methods

Shipments are made via Colissimo, Relay Point or UPS, depending on the final destination.

  • In France : you have the choice between Colissimo Signature or Point Relais.

  • In Europe (countries served) Colissimo or UPS.

  • Outside Europe UPS only.

Delivery is only possible to the countries available in the drop-down list when validating the order.
36 Pièces declines all responsibility for any risks associated with transport.

Shipping times

The items are prepared and shipped within a maximum of 7 business days following the order, except in the case of pre-orders or a collection launch. For pre-orders, shipping times are indicated on the product page.
Delivery is made to the address provided by the customer, according to the chosen mode of transport.


Delivery costs

  • France – Colissimo Signature: €9.90

  • France – Pickup point: €5.90

  • Colissimo (Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Greece, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom): €9.90

  • UPS (rest of the world): €25


Taxes and customs duties

For orders shipped outside the European Union, additional charges (local taxes and customs duties) may apply and remain the responsibility of the customer.


Free delivery

Shipping is free for all orders over €200 (excluding delivery charges) passed to the following countries: France, Belgium, Denmark, Italy, Ireland, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain.
This offer applies only through partner carriers selected by 36 Pièces. It is not valid with other carriers or for shipments to other countries.
